Scribbles, a delightful pied a terre, is right in the heart of St Andrews.

Scribbles has been extensively refurbished, with careful consideration given to comfort and luxury, styled with contemporary furniture and inspirational art, which are the back drop to a very spacious one bedroom ground floor apartment. This apartment works exceptionally well for couples seeking privacy and comfort.

Being on the ground floor and all on one level, Scribbles is accessible to people with limited mobility.

The flat is entered from a charming courtyard which has an outside table and chairs.

The luxury accommodation is arranged as follows:

Lounge:
Relaxing, with comfy seating and solid oak flooring. The TV with DVD/CD player is here but if you prefer some quiet time we are building up a library of Scottish novels and reference books

The lounge is seperated from the kitchen by a Dining Area which comfortably seats 4.

Kitchen:
Efficient and stylish, with every modern facility included: Dishwasher, Microwave Combination Oven, Gas Hob, Fridge with freezer compartment, and lovely accessories to make cooking and dining in a real pleasure.

Bedroom:
Very comfortable space with super king size bed (which can be separated to provide extra large twin beds), with luxurious bed linen, chic accessories and equipped with reading lights, extensive wardrobes and drawer space.

Bathroom:
Fully tiled, very warm from the under floor heating and heated towel rails, with walk-in power shower, imaginative lighting and complete with vanity area. Eco-friendly water saving toilet and wash hand basin.

All of the following Services are included in the rental charge:

Pets are not allowed in Scribbles. If you want to bring yours, Cobwebs is the property for you!
